With the new Government changes to under 16 restrictions using Social Media Apps we have decided (although not yet on the restrictions list) to move away from 'WhatsApp' to 'Stack Team App'. Not only does this provide instant communications but allows us to advertise club events and helps with Patrol Rosters.

We will use Team App going forward from December 10th 2025 and shutting down WhatsApp groups. We will add our Junior Lifesavers (13-17) toTeam App but will require a Parent/Guardian to be linked to their account so all communications to under 18's is copied to their parents.

All you need to enter when setting up is an email address for communication adn install the phone APP for chat messages.

You can access Stack Team App via the web page https://portmelbournelsc.teamapp.com/ or for instant communications the phone App (Apple or Android).

For our Patrolling members we'll be using Team App for Patrol Rosters, you now can volunteer when you are free by selecting RSVP in the Schedule of Patrol Days rather than have a set roster for the entire season.

ONLY If you have a child under 18 who is a Patrolling Member please select Parent/Guardian. 

All other members please select Player, (even if you have children in the Nippers Program) we will not be allowing under 13's to have a Team App Account, therefore you will have no child to link your account to.

Parent/Guardian is only for Parents with Junior Patrolling Members
